1. The Petitioners viz. Ms. Avani Shukla and Mr. Avyan Shukla are aggrieved on account of failure on part of Respondent No.1-School to grant them admission in their school. The Petitioners are siblings and residents of immediate neighbourhood of the Respondent No.1-School situated at the Nazul land allotted to the Respondent No. 1-School under the provisions of DDA. Petitioners contend that despite the scheme framed under Nazul land rules which mandates non-refusal of admission to children from the said locality, they have not been given admission. The Petitioner has also invoked the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
2. Issue notice to the Respondents, by all permissible modes, upon filing of process fee, returnable on 19th July, 2022.
