Section 10(1)(v) in The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for Establishment of Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2011

(v)The complainant may withdraw his/ her complaint by making a petition to that effect to the Forum which may allow the withdrawal with such orders as it deems necessary.
