Section 6(4) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(4)When a duplicate driving licence has been issued upon representation that a driving licence has been lost and the original driving licence is afterwards found by the holder thereof, he shall deliver the same to the licensing authority forthwith.
