Section 11(2) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968
(2)If the Registrar is satisfied that the proposed amendment-(i)is not contrary to the provisions of this Act and the rules,(ii)does not conflict with Co-operative principles,(iii)will promote the economic or social interest of the members of the society,(iv)is not inconsistent with the principles of social justice, he may register the amendment.
