Section 11(iii) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(iii)If the contract is not cancelled as provided in sub-clause (ii) above not withstanding the change the Small Scale Industry shall continue to be liable under the rate contract for acts of the firm until action is taken under these rules.
