Section 20(5) in Madhya Pradesh Bhu-Rajasva Sanhita (Rajasva Nyayalayon Ki Prakriya) Niyam, 2019

(5)Where the serving officer delivers or tenders a copy of the summons to the person summoned personally or to his recognised agent or legal practitioner or to an adult member of his family, he shall require the signature of the person, to whom the copy is delivered or tendered to an acknowledgement of service endorsed on the original summons. The serving officer shall endorse on the original summons, the date and time when and the manner in which the summons was served, and the name and address of the person, if any, identifying the person served and witnessing the delivery or tender of the summons.
