(c)The Academic Council may delegate any of its powers or duties conferred or imposed by or under this Act to -

(i)the Vice-Chancellor;

(ii)the Rector;

(iii)the Registrar;

(iv)a committee constituted from among its own members;

(v)the Post-Graduate Board or the Under-Graduate Board; or

(vi)any of the Boards of Studies.
