Section 8(1) in Manipur Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2014
(1)The Government shall constitute a State Level Committee for furnishing report to the Government after the detailed scrutiny of the applications recommended by the District Level Committee regarding the conversion of paddy land for public purposes.
