Section 42(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(1)All passage ways, platforms and other places of construction works at the building or other construction work shall be kept by the employer free from accumulations of dust, debris or similar materials and from other obstructions that may cause tripping.
