11. Establishment of University by amending Schedules.
- If the Government is satisfied that the Sponsoring body has complied with the conditions of Letter of Intent and on the specific recommendations of the Expert Committee, it shall endeavour within a maximum period of seven months for inclusion of the name of the University in Schedule with details of its location(s) by way of amendment of Schedule.
