Section 1 in The Haryana School Education Act, 1995
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Haryana School Education Act, 1995.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.(3)It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act, and any reference to the commencement of this Act in relation to any provision thereof shall be construed as a reference to the date on which that provision comes into force.
