46. Constitution of references to the existing University in any document.
- Any reference to the existing University in any law, other than this Act, or in any contract or other instrument, shall be construed, -(a)if such reference relates to any asset or property of the existing University, as a reference to the existing University; and(b)in any other case, as a reference to the University.
