Section 34(2) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(2)The Director of Farms shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the faithful observance of the Statutes and the Regulations and such orders as may be issued by the Vice-Chancellor from time to time.
