Section 40(1) in Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019
(1)As soon as a person joins Government service on regular basis, he shall give details of his family in Form CFA-4 to the Head of Office. If he has no family at the time of joining, he shall furnish the details in Form CFA-4 as soon as he acquires a family.
