(1)The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the [Court] [Substituted by the Amendment Act 15 of 1988.] on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and shall be considered by the [Court] [Substituted by the Amendment Act 15 of 1988.] at its annual meeting.
