38. Confirmation.
- A person placed on probation under Rule 35 shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation, if:-(a)he/she has passed the departmental examination and has successfully undergone such training as Government may from time to time specify.(b)he/she has passed a departmental test of proficiency in Hindi; and(c)the Appointing Authority is satisfied that his/her integrity is unquestionable and that he/she is otherwise fit for confirmation.Part-VII Pay
