Section 20(b) in THE BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023
(b)not more than seven ex officio members to be appointed by the State Government to represent the concerned departments of the State Government, including departments dealing Panchayati Raj and tribal affiairs;
