Section 7(1) in Punjab Document Writers Licensing Rules, 1961
(1)An application for permission to sit in the special examination shall be made to the Licensing Authority and shall contain the following particulars filled in by the applicant in his own hand :-(a)The applicant's name, father's name, date of birth (according to the British Calendar), residence and present occupation, if any;(b)The names of two responsible persons to whom reference may be made as to the applicant's character;(c)Whether the applicant was ever convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;(d)The place where the applicant desires to practise as a document-writer;(e)Academic qualifications of the applicant.
