Section 11(1) in Inspector Class III, Prohibition and Excise, Competitive Examination Rules, 2012
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the main examination unless the Board is satisfied that-(i)the candidate possesses the required qualifications under the recruitment rules of the post;(ii)he has paid the requisite fees along with the applications; and(iii)he possesses the requisite physique prescribed under the recruitment rules of the post,
