This Original application has been filed by the applicant contending that the respondents are not following the recruitment process for filling up the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries at Kavaratti, but they are engaging Veterinary Assistant Surgeons on contract basis and on deputation basis. The applicant contends that this will affect the prospects of the applicant and other similary placed persons for getting employment.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that Annexure A-5 representation given to respondent no.4 has not been disposed of so far. Hence, respondent no.4 is directed to dispose of Annexure A-5 representation within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The Original Application is disposed of as above. No order as to costs.
