Section 8(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)The State Government shall have the right to cause an inspection to be made by such person or persons as that Government may direct-(a)of the University, its buildings, laboratories, libraries, museums, workshops and equipment, or(b)of an institution, college or hostel maintained by the University, or(c)of the teaching and other work conducted by the University or under its auspices, or(d)of the conduct of any examination held by the University.
