Section 21(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)The employees of the Authority shall be eligible for such joining time on transfer in public interest as may be applicable to employees of the Central Government of corresponding grade.
