Section 15(1) in The National Cadet Corps Rules, 1948
(1)The transfer to another unit of the Senior Division or Junior Division, as the case may be, of a cadet who has been appointed to a unit of that Division will be permissible by mutual consent of the Commanding Officers in the case of the Senior Division and of the Headmasters in the case of Junior Division.
