(1)The post of Registrar shall be permanent. The Registrar shall be a full time Chief Executive Officer of the Council and shall not do any other work except with the permission of the Council. Any person on his first appointment to a clear vacancy in the Office of the Registrar, shall be on probation for one year.(2)The Registrar shall draw pay in the scale of Class-II Senior and draw dearness allowance at the rate admissible to the Government Servants drawing an equivalent pay.
