Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to :
(i) To approve the promotion of Smt.V.K.Lilly as Headmistress,
forthwith.
(ii) To direct the 5th respondent to approve the appointment of
Sri.Sreerag P. Jayaram made as per Ext.P12 on daily wage basis, pending
disposal of the above Writ Petition.
This writ petition coming on for admission upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the
