18. Delegation of Powers.
(1)The State Government may conferred any power to the Board under this Act except power to make rules.(2)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may by general or special order delegate to the Managing Director of the Board or Sub-Committee appointed by it or to any officer of the Board any of powers and duties conferred on it by or under this Act as it may deem fit.Chapter - II Regulation of Trading and Contract Farming
