Section 31(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)Where the Tribunal makes an order for the winding up of a LLP, it shall, within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the date of passing of the order, cause intimation there of to be sent to the Liquidator and the Registrar in Form No. 12.
