Section 3(1) in The Punjab Industrial Housing Act, 1956
(1)This Act shall apply to houses constructed by the State Government for the occupation of industrial workers under the Industrial Housing Scheme subsidized by the Central Government (hereinafter called the Subsidized Industrial Housing Scheme).
