                 PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                 praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to
                 consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2020 and direct the
                 respondents to ensure that the copper slag is removed by scientific methods
                 only more fully after necessary permission from the Pollution Control
                 Board.
