1. The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the applicants/petitioners seeking the following reliefs:

"a. Pass appropriate directions to kindly list the matter for recording of evidence of Respondents' Witnesses in Testamentary Case No. 15/2001 and the evidence of the Petitioners' Witnesses in Testamentary Case No. 23/2003 , in terms of the Order dated 24.09.2008 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Testamentary Case No. 15/2001;
b. Pass any other orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant/respondent No.2 accepts notice and prayed for two weeks time to file reply to the application.

4. Let the reply to the application be filed within a period of two weeks.
