105. Procedure in respect of ex gratia grant under Rule 75.
(a)An application for ex gratia grant to the family of a Government servant who dies while on duty in certain circumstances under Rule 75 of Chapter V C Family Pension Rules, shall be made by the member of his/her family who is entitled for grant of family pension in Form 17, within a period of one year from the date of death as provided in the above rules, failing which the same shall not be entertained by the Head of Department.(b)The expenditure on this account shall be debited to the budget Head -
