2 We have heard Mr. Syed Shahid Hussain Rizvi learned counsel appearing on the petitioner as well as Mr.V. Shekhar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the State of U.P. and Ms. Pinky Anand, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the Union of India.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of all the parties submitted that the issue involved in these special leave petitions is covered by the decision of this Court reported in 2018 (14) SCC 537 titled State of Uttarakhand & Ors. vs. Kumaon Stone Crusher. The special leave petitions are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
