(2)The Public Debt Office shall also send an intimation of despatch of the consignment in Z.A. Form 34-A to the Treasury or Sub-Treasury Officer as well as the Compensation Officer concerned after substituting the words "Recalling Officer" for the words "Indenting Officer" in Column 1.
