Section 1(2) in The Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2015
(2)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette:Provided that provisions of the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 shall continue to have effect as against the corresponding provisions of this Order in any State which has not implemented the Food Security Act or is implementing the said Act only in part.
