(2)All responses or other documents required to be filed before the Commission consequent to the filing of the notice under regulation 5 or regulation 8 of the these regulations shall also be filed as per the procedure contained in sub-regulation (1).Provided that for the purposes of this regulation, the Secretary may through public announcement inform the procedure for electronic filing , increase or decrease the number of copies or vary the format in which the electronic version is to be filed.
