There is a delay of 394 days in filing these special leave petitions. That apart, it is admitted before us by the learned counsel for the petitioner that additional premium as per IMT.47 has not been paid. If that be so, in terms of the policy itself the claim of the petitioner could not have been entertained. The special leave petitions are therefore found to be without merit. The same are dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merit.
