Section 6(1)(xii) in Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019

(xii)to co-operate or collaborate or associate with any other University or authority or Institution of higher learning, including those located outside the country, in such manner and for such purposes as the University, may determine, however, in case of University or authority or Institution located outside the country, prior approval of the Government shall be taken;
