(2)A Khatedar tenant holding land below the ceiling area may remove trees standing on his holding for any purpose;Provided that no such tenant-shall remove trees for purpose other than his bonafide or agricultural use except with the permission of such authority and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the State Government.
