Section 103(c) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(c)when electric vibrators are used in concreting work,-(i)such vibrators shall be earthed;(ii)the leads of such vibrators shall be heavily insulated; and(iii)the current shall be switched off when such vibrators are not in use.
