Section 75(1) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(1)Where any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Gazette, do anything, which it may consider necessary or deems fit and not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, for the purpose of removing such difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be issued under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
