1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Prohibition of Sale of Loose Cigarettes and Beedies and Regulation of Retail Business of Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2016.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
