13. Protection of action taken in good faith.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules or notification made or issued thereunder.(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, Corporation or, as the case may be, the competent authority for any damage, loss or injury caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules or notification made or issued thereunder.
