Section 11(2) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(2)"Deputy Chief Electrical Inspectors to Government and Electrical Inspectors shall countersign renewal of Licenses to Electrical Contractors and Permits to Supervisor/ Wiremen in their respective jurisdiction and carry on correspondence in connection therewith".
