Section 135(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(1)The Municipality may levy a surcharge on the transfer of lands and buildings situated within the municipal area as a percentage of stamp duty levied on such transfer under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
