Section 31A(2) in The Cotton Textiles (Control) Order, 1948
(2)Where any direction is issued under sub-clause (1), the officer-in-charge concerned shall make a report under his hand to the Textile Commissioner in respect of any tests so carried out and any such report as may be used as evidence in any trail for contravention of any of the provisions of this Order.
