                                                  O R D E R

We are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application, if any, shall stand disposed of.

However, the petitioners are granted six months' time to vacate the premises in question, subject to his furnishing the usual undertaking in this Court, within four weeks. He shall also clear the arrears of rent as directed by the High Court, within a period of four weeks.
