Section 19(2) in The Mizoram Aided College Employees Rules, 1990
(2)Heads of receipts shall include the following sub-heads separately shown in the Annual Budget:(a)Recurring grants-in-aid from the Government for general maintenance;(b)Non-recurring grants-in-aid from the Government;(c)Fees collected by the college at the time of admission showing the different kinds of fees separately ;(d)Compulsory fees, payable to the institution which are to be deducted from the student's scholarship ;(e)Donation;(f)Any other sources ;
