Section 22(b) in THE BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023
(b)for sub-sections (2) and (3), the following sub-sections shall be substituted, namely:—(2) If the State Biodiversity Board is of the opinion that such activity is detrimental or contrary to the objectives of conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity of fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of such activity, it may by order, restrict or reject such activity:
