Section 3(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Nurses Registration Act, 1935
(1)There shall be established a Council, to be known as the Bihar [* *] [Substituted by Bihar Act 15 of 1947, for the original sub-section.] Nurses Registration Council, which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
