Section 10(1) in The Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2014

(1)There shall be an Appellate Authority for Clinical Establishments to hear the appeals against the orders of the State Authority for Clinical Establishment consisting of the following members, namely :-
(i) Secretary, Health Department Chairperson
(ii) Director General, Health Services Member Secretary
(iii) Additional Legal Rememrbancer-Cum-Special Secretary, Law andLegislative Department, Haryana Member
